You could also try the seated spinal twist pose. Sit up straight with your legs crossed. Inhale and place your left hand on your right knee. Exhale and gently twist, then repeat on the other side.

Another simple seated option is diamond pose. Sit with your feet tucked under your hips, keeping your back as straight as possible. Breathe in and out deeply throughout.

There are several poses that involve lying flat on your back that can help with acid reflux symptoms, too (and not to mention, they're pretty relaxing). Try the reclined butterfly pose. Start by lying on your back with your shoulder blades tucked in toward your spine. Then, bring the soles of your feet together and allow your knees to fall to the side. Breathe deeply.

Wind-relieving pose is another option that helps with lots of gastrointestinal issues. Start by lying flat on your back. Then, extend your arms and legs and inhale. Exhale and raise your legs upward. Inhale and bring your knees toward your abdomen, wrapping your arms around your legs. Hold until you feel satisfied, then release.
