Hollow Body Hold
In this move used universally by professional gymnasts, it’s simple yet highly effective for core body strength. The key here is to function a movement in which only your butt is on the ground. Lying down flat, slowly raise both ends of your body, stretching your arms out in a superman form and hold for as long as you can. Repeat as many times as you see fit for your circuit.
Planks
While all variations of the plank exercise are great for versatility, the tried-and-true original plank does the job enough all on its own. This core exercise looks extremely easy, but the strength it takes (and can build the more you do it) is astounding. With your belly facing the floor, start in a position of a push-up. Your toes should be pointed on the ground, with your forearms resting flat on the floor. Pull in your stomach and hold your abdominals for as long as you can.
