Who is Ainsley Rodriguez?
Ainsley Rodriguez was born and raised in Miami in 1991. When she was just sixteen, she wanted to gain just enough weight to look and feel healthy. Her original plan for visiting the gym was to do just that.
But it didn't take very long for her normal workout routine to turn from being a hobby and into a career. Rodriguez soon discovered she could inspire others to train their minds and their bodies with love, respect and discipline. She soon discovered her passion for dance and incorporated it into her personal training sessions while still in high school.
A Brief Hiatus
Ainsley Rodriguez applied for and was accepted into college shortly after her high school graduation. While there, she learned quickly just how rigorous tge academic life was and realized just how much she needed to adjust. She took a break from dancing in pursuit of her academic studies and found she had very little free time. However, she knew just how much working out meant to her and took measures to ensure that she would keep it up regardless. She found refuge in the gym and took her books there to study while she was working out. For Ainsley Rodriguez, it was definitely time well spent as she could pursue two goals at once: studying and fitness training.
While in college, Rodriguez participated in a swimsuit competition and received third place in the B division. She was very surprised but also pleased, and the honor only spurred her forward. She then felt an increased motivation and incentive to remain on the path to wellness and self-improvement.
An Inspiring Role Model
Ainsley Rodriguez is now an inspiring role model whose passion for balance and personal harmony motivate others on the journey towards wellness. She is now a motivational fitness coach who trains others well and even has her own online fitness training business. She focuses her own personal workouts on her one major weakness, which is her legs. She has enjoyed developing that area for the sake of meeting a good challenge and conquering it.
The other half of her motivational training involves a hint of deep wisdom. She advises fans and followers, as well as her clients, to remain firmly rooted in the present. One of my favorite sayings of hers is this: "Take care of your mental state first and watch the rest follow!" In short, its your mind that controls your body, so taking good care of it is the most important step in overall wellness.
