If you've ever trained with CrossFit, then chances are that the name Brooke Wells comes to mind. As someone who is only in her mid twenties, Brooke has done many things, world travel being among them. She has acted and performed worldwide in front of an audience. But the young Arkansas native appears to have other career goals in mind, with fitness being at the top of the list.

A former student of Southside High in Fort Smith, Brooke began fitness training at a young age. Her parents and twin sister Sydney were all very strong athletes whose passion for cross training knew no bounds.

Brooke graduated from high school and went on to attend the University of Missouri shortly afterwards and started ramping up her fitness efforts in order to remain extremely active. In 2015, she won the CrossFit Central Regional before moving on to compete in the national games. From there she competed once again in the CrossFit Central Regional games and went on to try for a second time at the national level. Her regional winnings earned her a heaping $5k, marking her first year as a good start in her career.

But Brooke's career in cross training and fitness was far from over. She went on to becoming a featured story for BoxLife Magazine, where she soon gained acclaim for her fitness efforts. It was then that she received corporate sponsorship through the fashion outlet Nobull. It was soon after that when she started on the path to worldwide notoriety.

Brooke hasn't allowed fame to occupy her head, and it appears that she is inspired to do even better. She works out everyday and is a full-time college student who firmly believes in the power of keeping busy.

Brooke not only inspires others, but she also continues to inspire herself. After winning at number 6 in the national CrossFit Competition, Brooke began working closely with Nobull to help endorse other athletes just coming into the game.

It wasn't too long before Macrostax took an interest in Brooke Wells. After seeing her recent competitions and winnings, they eventually added her to their team. Brooke combined her previous experience with fitness and diet culture, and soon realized that the pressure to keep thin was far too much for most athletes.

She now serves as a spokesperson for the app, which encourages reasonable, well balanced meals for its users. The key is balance, not an overdose of self-denial. The secret lies in personal motivation through good nutrition.
