Mia Sand was born on October 11, 1987 in Denmark. She spent her early childhood in her home country and was raised by her parents. Her interest in becoming a model began from an early age when she discovered a set of fashion magazines in her mother's room.
Mia Sand The Early Years
Dubbed as Miss Mia Fit, Mia Sands wasn't always the quintessential gym rat. She spent a good deal of her adolescence consuming junk food and alcohol. By the time she graduated from high school, she took on a job and soon became a mother, giving birth to a son at that time.
There isn't much that's said about her early life, there is one interesting fact which suggests that Mia was not the typical girl at all. If anything, she spent most of her formative years making friends with boys and hanging out with them. It was apparent from an early age that she was very athletic and enjoyed tree climbing and participating in boy's sports. Although she usually lost, it never seemed to break her spirit. Instead, her drive only increased with time.
Becoming Miss Mia Fit
Mia Sand raised her son and was very proactive as a parent during his early years. After he turned four, she started working to get back into shape and resumed her dreams of becoming a model. She soon visited the gym and started losing weight steadily.
Mia then created her own Instagram account, where she uploaded her gym photos in an effort to reboot her modeling career. After the birth of her second child, she started her own online fitness business in an effort to inspire others across the globe to get fit.
