Natasha can be found in the gym six days a week motivating her many followers but gives her body a rest one day a week. Her normal routine will start with 25 repetitions of one workout, and she generally does four to five sets a day. Each day will concentrate on one area of her body and a normal workout week will look something like this:
Day One: Back exercises
Day Two: Chest and biceps
Day Three: Glutes and hamstrings
Day Four: Quadriceps and leg plyos
Day Five: Shoulders and triceps
Day Six: Shoulders, with emphasis on the rear deltoids
Day Seven: Rest
Dieting and Nutrition

Natasha is not concerned about following rigorous, weekly diets and meal planning. But she does try to eat nutrient-dense foods, with her favorite meal being chicken with rice and green vegetables. Her caloric intake is usually around 2,600 calories a day.
Natasha favors a diet that promotes lean muscle mass, one with a range of complex carbs, such as Lentils, Kidney beans, Brown rice, and Corn. Also, plenty of lean proteins such as white meat and fish, and healthy fats such as Avocados and Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Natasha also drinks the occasional whey protein isolate shakes.

Natasha believes that it is important what you eat you enjoy when you are working out. It is easier to maintain a regime of healthy eating and exercise if you are enjoying what you are eating. A few extra calories here and there is ok but not pizzas every night. Natasha includes some favorites in a meal plan, but she also enjoys planning healthy meals for cheats.
