Consuming 3,000 calories a day, every day while doing nothing to burn calories other than any walking she’d do between meals. The results? After her week-long jaunt into forbidden foods, Oceane reported that she felt rested and recovered, her hormones and skin were fine and that she didn’t notice any “exceptional change” in her body.
