These foods are loaded with so much fat, sugar and sodium that if you're eating more than a couple of these in a day it could derail your diet plans. Can you guys believe the calories on these things !!!

In theory it is the deep-frying that makes corn dogs so unhealthy, but to be frank, hot dogs were never that healthy to begin with. If you aren't worried about the mystery meat that makes up your hot dog there is no reason to worry about the deep fried coating.
